Quick update on remaining shipping

Hi guys,

So just a very short update for anyone who hasn't gotten their Madison tumblers yet. We are aware that there was another short delay due to holidays here and if you haven't already you will be getting tracking codes next week and ALL remaining Madison tumblers will get to you within the next couple of weeks.

We are well aware that delays on shipping were out of the ordinary and for us this was beyond exceptional. We want to let you all know that we are here to help with ANY issues as the Madison tumblers make their way to you or if you have any troubleshooting that needs to happen.

We are here for you.

Shipping update

We wanted to touch base to let you know how shipping is going.

So here goes:

Just about half of all the tumblers have been sent, actually aprox. 60% of all the tumblers are out.  We still have about 40% of all the Madison tumblers left to send, they will be leaving us in the next 10 days or so. 

This is taking a little longer than anticipated taking into account the holidays and global shipping pressures. Within the next two weeks we will be finished with all the packages and will go into trouble-shooting mode for anyone who might have a delay in the post.

Once your package is out you will get a tracking email with singular tracking codes which you can follow on the website in the email. This means that if you haven't received an email then your package is pending.

Beginning shipping, addresses and details

Hi guys,

So next week we are finally beginning our shipping process,

As always the shipping will be staggered across a month since we are sending via DHL-eCommerce. The first batches will begin leaving us next week and you will receive tracking codes the week following.

We will have a detailed shipping update for you next week that will include everything you need to know for logistics.

For now what we really need is for you to log into your backerkit and make 100% sure that your address is correct and up to date. We will also send an email asking you to make sure the address is right so that we are 100% certain there are no mix-ups since this does happen and people move and such.

As we get nearer to the delivery date we wanted to share this video we just put out that walks you through some of the main Do's and Dont's of the Madison tumbler as well as tips for maintenance. Please feel free to jump back here whenever you need some information on maintenance, care and cleaning instructions.

production and recomendations

Hi Everyone,

We wanted to keep you all in the loop with production, the details of the upcoming delivery schedule and more.

First of all before we start we wanted to share a short video showing the Madison packaging.  (with some southern rock apparently in the background :) )

It's a lot like the Oak Honey Whisky Tumbler packaging except of course that the graphics are different and the foam inside is different with adhesive on the bottom of the tumbler package to keep it in place. We love it. You will of course also receive a wax kit with the tumbler to keep it looking and functioning well over time.

So, timelines:

We will begin shipping in mid-late July and the shipping process with be staggered from late July into August since we have to do it in batches. We do these batches since this is the way DHL eCommerce works for small players like us. This also means that there could be spillovers into September depending on flight availability so we will do our best to push things through as quickly as possible.

In July we will have a full email on shipping instructions as we always do and you will begin to receive shipping codes.

**Important note on cooperating with Touch of Modern:

We will have a few limited Madison tumblers for sale on Touch of Modern in July once we begin shipping. They will be on sale at a higher price that our backers got and will receive them after we ship to you guys. So if you see the TOM sale, know we have you guys first :)

Hi everyone,

We put together a little video update to talk through all the finer points of the wood, why we took the time to redo the oak batch and walk you guys through maintenance and instructions.

We are on time for the new batch to reach us in mid July with shipping dates around then to be sure that we hit our mark.
